It was nice when you explained that Reiki is a therapy wherein the energy is moved and the energetic systems are affected in order to promote the healing of a person. That seems like a harmless way to improve a person. I might ask my mom to give this a try since she has been suffering from the side effects of her surgery, and she doesn’t want to take meds. This is the best alternative to get her to feel better.

You can! Well, you need to have taken First and Second Degree already, and we recommend that you leave at least six months between your Second Degree and Master Teacher courses. This gives you a chance to get grips with, and practise, what you learned. It’s not a race! The Western-style attunement process is not the only way to convey the Reiki ability to students. The Reiki Evolution Master Teacher course also includes training in the ‘Reiju’ empowerment process that has been passed to us by Usui Sensei’s surviving students. Reiju empowerments represent a wonderful, simple, elegant, powerful and inspiring method that can be used as alternatives to the Western-style attunements at all levels.
As a teaching Reiki Master it is important to treat your students with the greatest respect. Know that each has the spark of God within them. Never use subtle threats or the withholding of information to cause your students to be dependent on you. Openly encourage each student to be connected to her/his own power and freedom of choice. What you create for others comes back to you. As you truly empower others, so will you be empowered. Trust in the abundance of the Universe and you will receive abundance and you will also be blessed with peace and joy.
There three levels in reiki namely level 1, level 2 and the final level which gives you the status of a Reiki master which is level 3. Keeping in mind our hectic and busy lifestyle it might not always be possible for everyone to attend Reiki Healing Training personally, but we live in a day and age where technology and internet make a lot of things very easy for us.
All of our energy systems are linked, the mind, body and soul; each of these systems are connected and can have an effect on each other. It follows then that if a cleansing, healing energy flows through the body, the spiritual body and the mind will also benefit. This is how Reiki works; flowing through the body, cleansing, healing and detoxifying the system on many levels and therefore healing the mind, body and emotions.
