Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it. While one attunement is all you need for each level to be attuned to that level, additional attunements bring benefit. Experimentation has found that additional attunements of the same level add to the value of that level. These benefits include refinement of the Reiki energy one is channeling, increased strength of the energy, healing of personal problems, clarity of mind, increased psychic sensitivity, and a raised level of consciousness. At the Reiki support groups sponsored by the Center, additional attunements are usually given by someone who has taken Third degree Reiki, with no extra fee required.

What do we look for in someone when considering them as Reiki Teachers? An enthusiasm for the subject, humility, experience, a desire to help and serve, an open heart? Ironically most people who I have taught to be Reiki Teachers were usually the last to believe they could be. If you feel a pull to do this, that is sufficient for me and together we will develop your skills and practice to another level giving you the knowledge and confidence to take someone through Reiki training yourself.
Therapy Training School is an approved training provider, and our training courses throughout the UK are recognised and accredited for insurance purposes by UK governing bodies such as: The Guild of Beauty Therapists (GBT), the Guild of Holistic Therapists (GHT) and The International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT). Insurance can also be obtained for the UK via Towergate Insurance and Westminster Indemnity. You will be able to practice as a self-employed therapist or mobile therapist. 12. By receiving an attunement you will become part of a group of people who are using Reiki to heal themselves, and each other, and who are working together to heal the Earth. You will also be receiving help from Reiki guides and other spiritual beings who are also working towards these goals. While Reiki is not a religion, you may prepare your mind with intention work and pray in a religious mode comfortable to you to prepare to open to higher spiritual energies and experiences.
The Reiki I, II, III ART & III Teacher Qualification Course: Is designed to help you become a certified Reiki teacher. What stands out about this course is the amount of material you get, which is spread out over 50 parts. This is a complete course that takes one from beginner to master. Students spoke highly of instructor, Rosemary Owen, who teaches in a peaceful manner, although some noted her voice may have been too low a volume. Overall, a good, comprehensive course on this therapy.
Reiki is a sacred practice that requires reverence and our greatest respect if we are to experience its most wonderful value. The benefits of Reiki can be all encompassing, not only giving us the ability to heal ourselves and others, which by itself is deeply meaningful, but also bringing guidance for our lives. Its unlimited nature can create opportunities for continual growth, unfoldment and the awakening of our own boundless potential. Those who have been initiated into Reiki often feel this greater potential and aspire to continue on to the Advanced and Master levels.
Of course, if you’re becoming a Reiki Master then you will learn how to carry out Western-style Reiki attunements, but you have a real treat in store for you: we will teach you how to carry out Reiju empowerments, which are beautiful, flowing initiations that come from Japanese Reiki and which were used by Mikao Usui’s students. You’ll also learn how to empower yourself through the power of Shinto mantra and visualisation, something that is lacking from standard Western Master training.
The Reiki Master Teacher level 3b training is the final level of Reiki Training and involves an in depth weekend training course followed by an assisted teaching program with a group, taking them from first level through to Master practitioner. Assisted teaching gives you the opportunity to refine your skills as a Reiki teacher with the safety of my support. It allows you to gain confidence & further insight into Reiki as you witness the changes others make when they begin their own journey with Reiki.
Offering an online course allowed me to learn at my own pace. The materials and videos compliment the course and serve as wonderful additions to help tie the material together. The goal of this online Reiki course is to learn how to use Reiki as a healing and personal growth system. It was designed by Lisa Powers, Udemy award-winning instructor, and Amy Grant, Reiki teaching assistant, who state that the lessons show you how to perform Reiki from a distance. This Reiki course might be a good choice for both beginners and individuals who want to take their practice to the next level.

Preparing for professional practice: If you’re considering offering Reiki as a professional practitioner, it’s important to have lots of practice giving Reiki sessions (one of my former teachers said you should give at minimum 100 sessions before you even think about charging and working professionally!). As the Reiki Master Teacher course gives you the ability to attune somebody into Reiki, it is important that you feel confident in your ability to hold the space for initiation. Many people who retrain with me coming from other Masters talk in particular of a lack of confidence in this area, due to a lack of support and hands on practice in real life teaching situations.
Stage 8 This stage is all about Reiju empowerments. You will learn how to give Reiju, and you will practise carrying it out. Then you will learn how give Reiju at different levels, and practise doing this. Finally you will learn how to carry out self-empowerments, and practise these for yourself. It will take about 7 hours to carry out these various tasks, over 7 days.

The first three levels of Reiki can be taken for certificates and the status of Reiki Master/Teacher.  Should the student wish to receive their Registered Integrative Therapist designation, they must then complete the more extensive trainings. Should they already be a Reiki practitioner or teacher and wish to receive their R.I.N. designation, some exemptions can be provided to gain advanced standing in our program. 

This course was given to me as a gift from my son when my husband was gravely ill. The information given is clear and easy to follow and the attunement was amazing. We were able to help my husband pass in a serene and spiritual way and it also gave us the strength and focus we desperately needed at the time. Ongoing messages and support make this course a pleasure and to be able to progress in our own time without any pressure means that everyone who undertakes this course will enjoy the journey as well as achieving the end goal. It is obvious to me that making money out of helping others is not the focus of this course as many other reiki courses cost many hundreds of dollars so the teaching given is truly given for the good of all and not for profit. Think of yourself as a hollow pipe left in the river. As long as the water fills up the insides of the pipe, you are healthy and happy. Negativities, like dirt and grime, settle layer upon layer inside the pipe, slowly reducing the flow of water and eventually clogging it up completely. When this happens to your channel of energy, you find it difficult to be what you were always meant to be - healthy.

I teach from two main Reiki lineages - the Western and Japanese teachings which both originate from Mikao Usui. Learning from two lineages - Usui Shiki Ryoho & Usui Reiki Ryoho will give you a broad, balanced and authentic view of the system of Reiki. The key to understanding Reiki is to experience and practically apply the energy. For this reason our Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 courses are taught over 2 days each (14 contact hours). Unlike shorter, 1 day Reiki courses or Reiki 1 & 2 weekends - this allows ample time for practice, questions and understanding Reiki theory, history & philosophy. This enables you to feel confident and empowered in using Reiki at every level.

I have sincerely enjoyed this course and learnt a lifetime of new energies and how to use them in accordance to my daily living and way of helping people. The course was easy to read and understand with the time frame being self paced. The online tutorials made learning simple but enjoyable. I am using the knowledge i have learnt to help my family and friends and I am excited to start expanding further into the public at some stage in the future.
