My journey with Reiki started after I began my professional practice as an animal communicator. I was interested in Reiki because I wanted additional tools that I could offer to my clients and their animals, particularly those who were healing from trauma, or had emotional, behavioral, or physical issues that could benefit from the holistic healing energy of Reiki.
Mastership allows you to pass the Reiki ability to others, and you will be using the course manual (with step-by-step instructions, digital images, drawings and summaries), the Audio CDs and the DVD to make the process of learning attunements as straightforward as possible. You will practice the attunement process extensively during your home training with Reiki Evolution. We use the example of a Second Degree attunement as a focus for teaching, then going on to talk about the differences between that attunement and those at First Degree and Master levels.

The joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many and you don't necessarily have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge will add value to your healing abilities. Treating yourself, giving yourself and others healing attunements and treating others in person and at a distance will all be noticeably improved. The fact that you can pass Reiki on to friends and family is also a definite plus. Many take the Master training with just this in mind. However, if you ever decide to formally teach, you will be able to do so. As each person takes the Reiki Master training, and increases their personal vibration, this adds to the vibration of the whole planet!
We spend some time talking about how to develop intuition and give some suggestions for moving beyond the basic “Reiji ho” approach. We will practice working intuitively in a number of different ways and introduce a method where we can directly perceive someone’s energy system, and we also explore some “mind’s eye” visual shortcuts. Again, students will practise various intuitive exercises on their group of friends and relatives, gaining facility through repetition.

Reiki level 3a Master Practitioner, deepens our understanding of the second level symbology and further enhances our Reiki practice by offering us new tools and methods. I enjoy layering my teaching so that at each level a new insight into why we do things a certain way opens up for us. In level 3a, we start to bring the whole system together and gain understanding as to why certain mudras, mantras and symbols are part of the Reiki system. Further to this we are shown the Reiki master symbol and given it’s uses in the practice of Reiki. The master 3a level completes your Reiki training and will give you all the tools and confidence you need to facilitate a Reiki healing practice.

Aimee is an excellent instructor because of her experience and her heart. The actual delivery of info in the online class does not always showcase her abilities. I highly recommend this class. Her distance attunements are amazing, better than any attunements I've ever received. She is powerful and true of heart. I also recommend joining her Facebook group. I love her.
Stage 8 This stage is all about Reiju empowerments. You will learn how to give Reiju, and you will practise carrying it out. Then you will learn how give Reiju at different levels, and practise doing this. Finally you will learn how to carry out self-empowerments, and practise these for yourself. It will take about 7 hours to carry out these various tasks, over 7 days.
You can learn reiki in person through a class, or online through remote coursework. Whether taught in person or through a distance learning class, the benefits of reiki education and attunement are the same. The main difference is cost. In person classes tend to be more expensive, and often do not provide much in the way of course materials for later reference.

You may want to contact several Masters before you make your decision. The Master who lives nearest may not necessarily be the right Master for you - many Masters teach in different areas. Trust your feelings - if you have any doubts, look further and take your time. Meet the Masters if you can, or at least speak with them on the phone in order to receive a personal impression. The Kotodama, or ‘jumon’, are sacred Shinto mantras used by Usui before the introduction of symbols into Reiki. We show how these mantras can be used when carrying out treatments, we become familiar with their characteristic energies, we discover how they can be used for self-healing and spiritual development, and we learn how they can be used in conjunction with Reiju empowerments. During the course, the student will be chanting the kotodama over an extended period to further their self-healing and spiritual development, to deepen their connection to and experience of these energies, and they will also be using these energies when treating others.

Elizabeth's Reiki and Metamorphic Technique courses have been accredited by IPTI (Independent Professional Therapists International) which means that on completion of the training you can be insured through IPTI as a practitioner, Master Practitioner or Master teacher. Learning Reiki is a good starting point for experiencing and working with healing energy and a wonderful method for depending awareness of universal energy. In general, Reiki complements other healing methods and spiritual practices. There are no hard and fast rules about how to approach starting Reiki and starting healing. You should already have experienced that sense of peace, contentment and serenity that Reiki brings you, and perhaps experienced a spiritual awakening. Now you will carry out special meditations using kotodama: Shinto mantras taught by Reiki’s founder, Mikao Usui, in the 1920s. Deepen your self-healing by focusing on energies that bring powerful physical and emotional balancing and bring a deep sense of connection.
As the Reiki Master Teacher course gives you the ability to attune somebody into Reiki, it is important that you feel confident in your ability to hold the space for initiation. Many people who retrain with me coming from other Masters talk in particular of a lack of confidence in this area, due to a lack of support and hands on practice in real life teaching situations.
After attunement, the Master will adjust your frequency to the healing frequency. After a few months, it might get out of sync, and you might not feel ok again. At this point, you will be able to ask the Reiki Master to lock your frequency in your aura forever, and this process is done using the Secret Symbols, that have been re-discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in March 1922. These symbols have been secretly passed along to the most devoted Reiki practitioners since then, and some teachers even charged $10,000.
