“To describe these as comprehensive would be an understatement. Anything and everything you need to know about Reiki is contained within these! I found these immensely useful – I still do, and I still find them interesting to read through and look at again. They are well organized, presented, and written. My interest is primarily in the original system of Mikao Usui, but it was interesting to see what other people had experienced and discovered in reiki. If we let dogma and doctrine into reiki then it would be no longer reiki. The fact that in the manuals you were not frightened to express an opinion, but managed to avoid sitting in judgement was very well done – and is very difficult to do well.”
Becoming a Reiki Master is the next step after having reached the Second Degree. With receiving the Reiki Master attunement you will be fully opened up to the Reiki Energy. The training takes online 2 times 4/5 hours of intensive training and is available to those who are practising Reiki at the Second Degree level for four months or longer. Experienced use of all the Reiki symbols learned with the second Degree is a must.
Some people say that they feel very detached from the world whilst undertaking a Reiki course, and that returning to ‘normal life’ can become very daunting and loud. Therefore we always recommend that you are kind to yourself for the first few days. Drink plenty of water and ensure that you are able (if possible) to rest and enjoy plenty of quiet time.
It was nice when you explained that Reiki is a therapy wherein the energy is moved and the energetic systems are affected in order to promote the healing of a person. That seems like a harmless way to improve a person. I might ask my mom to give this a try since she has been suffering from the side effects of her surgery, and she doesn’t want to take meds. This is the best alternative to get her to feel better.
Melissa was extremely responsive and truly makes this course something to easily follow. Her books are to the point and it’s easy to be open to all of the information she provides for the learning experience. One of the most wonderful things was how open Melissa is to everyone’s personal interpretation on the journey of their own mastery! I have sincerely enjoyed this course and learnt a lifetime of new energies and how to use them in accordance to my daily living and way of helping people. Reiki has many benefits for the client or recipient but also has many benefits for the student too. This is due to the ‘attunements’ which are where Reiki energy is transferred into the student’s energy system and chakras with a view to opening and cleansing their chakras (energy centres).
