The pre-course material was excellent. I know I will be working through much of it for years to come. I loved the way it was presented with student comments about each section. If ever I am led to teach commercially I know I will be so grateful for that tremendous back up and support. The CDs were great and I went to bed playing them every night in the hope it would filter through my consciousness while I slept. The DVD brought the words to life and were really helpful as I could practice with them.
Reiki is a pure form of healing not dependent on individual talent or acquired ability. One can practice Reiki anytime, anywhere and any place.The Reiki attunement is a powerful spiritual experience. The attunement energies are channeled into the learner through the Reiki Master. The process is guided by the Rei or Spirit-consciousness and makes adjustments in the process depending on the needs of each learner. The attunement is also attended by Reiki guides and other spiritual beings who help implement the process.
People move on to Master Teacher level for many reasons. Some wish to pass on the gift of Reiki to others, while others are focusing more on their own personal and spiritual development. Some take the course because they want to see all that there is of Reiki, and do with it what feels right for them. In Kyoto, there will be the opportunity for sightseeing and cultural exchange. The highlight of our visit will be a day trip to Mount Kurama, the very birthplace of Reiki where Sensei Usui meditated for 21 days and received the Reiki energy. Kurama has many different frequencies and patterns of high vibration. We will hike up to the top of the sacred mountain for a meditation, and the Masters attunement. On the way back down we will enjoy an outside bath at the local hot spring ‘onsen’.
The Reiki Master Teacher level 3b training is the final level of Reiki Training and involves an in depth weekend training course followed by an assisted teaching program with a group, taking them from first level through to Master practitioner. Assisted teaching gives you the opportunity to refine your skills as a Reiki teacher with the safety of my support. It allows you to gain confidence & further insight into Reiki as you witness the changes others make when they begin their own journey with Reiki.

Learning Reiki is a good starting point for experiencing and working with healing energy and a wonderful method for depending awareness of universal energy. In general, Reiki complements other healing methods and spiritual practices. There are no hard and fast rules about how to approach starting Reiki and starting healing. You will only know it once you experience the universal power within yourself.
This course allows for and does that, its immediately evident that the intent off Melissa is that this is her goal and a very noble one. We have not finished our course yet but are well on the way to completing it. The teachings and attunements we have recieved have been used to great success on everybody including ourselves. I recently lost my dad and my mum her husband to say we were close would be a massive understatement. Through the use of Reiki we were able to heal both his physical and mental pain, he had cancer and a massive abdominal wound and was not eating nor drinking fluids. Regardless of this we did reiki on him sometimes twice a day or more and even distance healing. The surgery team and doctors could not believe there own eyes with the rapid healing of his wounds. They even took photos to show other doctors, I can only hope that western medicine understands and accepts that Reiki is real and it works we are both not masters but using the techniques taught and loving energy and those above and the universe we made a difference and cannot thank Melissa enough for the gift she have us. The Kotodama, or ‘jumon’, are sacred Shinto mantras used by Usui before the introduction of symbols into Reiki. We show how these mantras can be used when carrying out treatments, we become familiar with their characteristic energies, we discover how they can be used for self-healing and spiritual development, and we learn how they can be used in conjunction with Reiju empowerments. During the course, the student will be chanting the kotodama over an extended period to further their self-healing and spiritual development, to deepen their connection to and experience of these energies, and they will also be using these energies when treating others.
I have sincerely enjoyed this course and learnt a lifetime of new energies and how to use them in accordance to my daily living and way of helping people. The course was easy to read and understand with the time frame being self paced. The online tutorials made learning simple but enjoyable. I have been a Reiki master for 10 years so did not expect much more than just to learn the Reiki Evolution way of doing attunements/empowerments but I learnt way more than that. Stage 3 This stage is all about becoming familiar with the new symbols that we cover on the Master course. Firstly you will receive a distant Master attunement. Then you will learn to become familiar with the characteristic energies of the two ‘Master’ symbols, and some other symbols, and you will learn how to use the symbols in practice. Finally you will learn how you can, with time, move beyond the symbols to access their energies direct. It will take about 10 hours to carry out these various tasks, over 10 days.
It will also be necessary to practice the talks, lectures and meditations you will be leading in class. Make outlines of your talks and practice into a tape recorder. Listen to your tapes and take notes on ways you can improve your talks. Then continue to practice until you are confident. Don't be afraid to use your outline in class. When teaching, relax and let the Reiki energy do the work.

Learning Reiki self-care can benefit people who are healthy and those with chronic health conditions, whether it's diabetes, asthma, cancer, epilepsy, fatigue syndromes, depression, or heart disease, to name just a few. They can practice Reiki on themselves every day to reduce stress and strengthen wellbeing and repeat the Reiki practice as often as they feel the need.
The Second level enables a healer to send Reiki across time and space. By time, we mean that Reiki can be sent to past or future events, for eg. a hurtful event in the past, or an interview in the future. By space, we mean that the patient could be half-way across the world from the healer, and still receive Reiki healing. Time and space do not limit Reiki.
Before taking your Teacher training you and I will discuss what you expect / will learn in the class and what your intentions are as a future Teacher. It is a serious step that requires adequate preparation, and you need to feel motivated and ready for it. Extended experience with practice in Reiki Degrees 1, 2, and Master is required and the experienced use of all the Symbols is a must. This usually can be done 1-2 years or later after the Reiki Master Degree is obtained.

Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it. While one attunement is all you need for each level to be attuned to that level, additional attunements bring benefit. All information about Reiki has come to us through Mrs. Takata who learned the system of Reiki in Japan in 1935. According to Mrs. Takata, the definition of a Reiki Master is anyone who has received the Master attunement and Master symbol, understands how to give all the attunements and has actually taught a Reiki class thus passing Reiki on to others. Those who have taken Reiki Master training and not taught at least one person would not qualify as Reiki Masters and should call themselves Reiki Master practitioners until they do teach. If you have taught a friend or family member, then you qualify as a Reiki Master.
